2. Online Course Terms

Course Access & Usage

Copyright & Usage

• All digital and physical embroidery patterns are copyrighted and are for personal use only.
• You may not resell, share, or distribute the patterns in any form.
• You may sell finished embroidery pieces made from our patterns on a small, handmade scale, but credit must be given to [Your Business Name] for the design.

Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds or exchanges will be granted on digital embroidery patterns.
• Physical embroidery patterns are non-refundable once shipped.

4. Hand-Embroidered Garments

Custom Orders & Intellectual Property

• All hand-embroidered garments are one-of-a-kind and made with care.
• Designs are original and protected by copyright; they may not be copied or reproduced for commercial use.

No Refund or Exchange Policy

• Due to the handmade nature of these garments, all sales are final.
• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assess the situation.

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change at any time. Discounts and promotions may be offered periodically, but we do not offer price adjustments after a purchase has been made.

Access Upon Payment
